What You’ll Do:
•Repair internet, phone, and TV services in residential and commercial properties
•Perform service order work for customers
•Ensure documentation is completed and accurate
•Sign out and returning inventory
•Troubleshoot installation issues and/or potential service issues
•Other duties as assigned

Who You Are:
•Valid class 5 driver’s license is required
•Previous experience in installing services is an asset
•Knowledge of power tools, construction and building materials is required
•Customer service experience is required
•Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is an asset
•Knowledge of internet technologies and infrastructure is required

Working conditions:
•Ability to work and drive in all weather conditions
•Ability to physically lift up to 50 lbs as required
•Ability to work overtime as workload requires and participate in on-call rotation
