Being a Change Agent

As a leader, you constantly deal with change. It can mean implementing new procedures and policies, or introducing new products and team members. The one thing we know won’t change is the fact that change is constant and occurs at a fast rate. To be successful, you need to understand how change impacts you and the people around you.
