True Colors Personality Quiz
The purpose of this activity is to recognize the differences we have in our workplace. Everyone has a different story and we must respect and appreciate every single person regardless of ethnicity, race, socioeconomic status, gender, ability levels, family situations, sexuality, military status, and religious beliefs. Diversity is celebrated in the workplace so we will learn to work with people who are not like ourselves. This activity will show us our different types of personalities but keep in mind our differences as well.
