A path to success!
Congratulations to our latest class of Contact Centre 101 graduates.
Our participants completed a month of contact centre training, visited a few local Call Centres to see what the world looks like in person, attending a Helping Hand course as well as 20 hours of on the job mentoring.
We are excited to announce that all graduates have found employment in the customer service Industry in Manitoba.
Great people + Great work = Superior Customer Service.
