Tariff Workforce Stabilization and Youth Experience Program

The Tariff Workforce Stabilization Program (TWSP) and Youth Experience Program (YEP) are province-wide initiatives funded by the Province of Manitoba to help employers address workforce challenges caused by tariffs, counter-tariffs, and related economic disruptions. These programs focus on retaining existing talent and creating career enhancing experiences for Manitoba youth.
