Message from the Chair


This past year has been one of continued growth, resilience, and collaboration for our association and the customer contact Industry across Manitoba. As organizations continue to adapt to changing customer expectations, evolving technologies, and workforce challenges, our members have consistently demonstrated innovation, professionalism, and a commitment to service excellence.


I would like to extend a special thank you to Bruce Rose, Executive Director of the MCCA, for his ongoing hard work, leadership, and dedication to our association and the Industry as a whole. Bruce’s passion and commitment continue to drive the success of our programs, events, and initiatives, and his efforts are sincerely appreciated by both the Board and members of the MCCA.


I would also like to recognize and thank the outstanding trainers who deliver training and professional development opportunities that are outstanding. Their expertise, energy, and commitment to excellence help strengthen our Industry and support the continued growth and success of customer service professionals across Manitoba.


To my fellow Board members, thank you for your dedication, leadership, and willingness to serve the Industry. The knowledge, experience, and expertise you bring to the table continue to guide the MCCA forward and ensure we remain responsive to the needs of our members and the evolving Industry. I’m grateful for the opportunity to work alongside each of you. 


As we look to the future, we recognize there will be both opportunities and challenges ahead. Employee engagement, workforce development, and navigating a world increasingly influenced by artificial intelligence will continue to shape our Industry. While change can be complex, it also presents opportunities for innovation, growth, and new ways to support both employees and customers. By working together, sharing knowledge, and embracing change thoughtfully, we can continue to build strong organizations and thriving workplaces.
