Never stop learning!

Our 4 week EAL and Contact Centre 101 course is drawing to a close. Classroom sessions end this Friday.

Participant's focused their first 2 weeks of learning English as an additional language and finished off the last 2 weeks with our Contact Centre 101 course.

The class was full with 32 participants attending the 4 week training program.

During the coming week, all participants will be interviewed by one of our supporting contact center members with the hopes of achieving employment. It takes a community to run this type of program so huge thanks to all of the participating companies, trainers and employment agencies.
