MCCA hosted another successful "helping hands" learning session for approximately 97 individuals looking for work in the customer service Industry in Manitoba.

This course provides introductory knowledge on how to write a resume as well as basic interview skills to help accelerate your job search.
Topics include:
Resume Writing - a step by step session on how to make the perfect resume.
Steps:

Adding basic contact information
Including work experience
Considering your volunteer work and the impact it can have on finding a job
Education overview
Top it off with some skills and interests
Writing an effective summary statement
Tailoring your resume to the job
Basic Interview Skills - the skills you need in a job interview.
