Description:
Solving problems in the workplace today can be quite complex and laborious. Finding the right solution within budget can be a challenge., Traditional methods of solving problems may be exhausted leaving our teams frustrated and out of answers.
This session introduces a more creative and inclusive approach to problem solving using lateral thinking techniques. We will also look at some of the tried and true methods for solving problems and apply a real life scenario to the 6 Hats Problem Solving system.
This session is for leaders and emerging leaders.
