Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are responsible for delivering fast & effective customer service to new and existing clients while promoting a variety of products and services.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage a large volume of customer calls in an inbound and outbound call center environment
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different customer calls
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information and provide solutions and/or alternatives to their needs or issues
Educate customers on product benefits, availability and pricing options
Seize opportunities to upsell products and make sales when they arise
Utilize a customer management system to document call and sale details
Meet or exceed established personal targets across a variety of metrics
Creates a “seamless” experience for customers by assisting co-workers in all departments
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Experience with computer data entry and using customer management software
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Skills related to sales and handling objections
Minimum Grade 12 education or GED equivalent.
Ability to fluently communicate in English with customers on the phone
Recommended Canadian Language Benchmark of Stage II Intermediate: CLB 5+
Legal Ability to work in Canada
The successful CSR candidates will have extensive training & one-on-one coaching to ensure they succeed in their new role. They will be joining a high-energy & supportive team of 100+ CSRs taking inbound customer requests through phone, email and live chat.
