Customer Service Representative - Call Centre - eCom Customer Care

Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are responsible for delivering fast & effective customer service to new and existing clients while promoting a variety of products and services.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large volume of customer calls in an inbound and outbound call center environment

  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different customer calls

  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information and provide solutions and/or alternatives to their needs or issues

  • Educate customers on product benefits, availability and pricing options

  • Seize opportunities to upsell products and make sales when they arise

  • Utilize a customer management system to document call and sale details

  • Meet or exceed established personal targets across a variety of metrics

  • Creates a “seamless” experience for customers by assisting co-workers in all departments

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

  • Experience with computer data entry and using customer management software

  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

  • Skills related to sales and handling objections

  • Minimum Grade 12 education or GED equivalent.

  • Ability to fluently communicate in English with customers on the phone

  • Recommended Canadian Language Benchmark of Stage II Intermediate: CLB 5+

  • Legal Ability to work in Canada

The successful CSR candidates will have extensive training & one-on-one coaching to ensure they succeed in their new role. They will be joining a high-energy & supportive team of 100+ CSRs taking inbound customer requests through phone, email and live chat.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: $15.00 per hour
