Customer Service Representative
HEB Manitoba has recently launched an exciting member records administration system that provides new and improved centralized services for all of our HEB membership.
The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls from our membership and provide administrative assistance for our benefit plans in addition to supporting our members with our new selfservice portal.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality support to our valued members, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding experience every time. As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Learn about the Pension and Benefit Plans offered by HEB Manitoba
Investigate and troubleshoot member questions and concerns
Strive to achieve First Call Resolution whenever possible
Receive inbound and place outbound calls
Provide preliminary information about HEB Manitoba Pension and Benefit Plans
Maintain detailed records of member interactions on the organizational database
Other duties as assigned
