The 7 Sacred Teachings, also referred to as the Teachings of the Seven Grandfathers, are a series of lessons on human behavior.

This series is aimed at both Indigenous and Non-Indigenous leaders, emphasizing collaboration to reintegrate Indigenous values through the 7 Sacred Teachings.

Each module will delve deeply into the various teachings, emphasizing their practical application within the framework of leadership roles. This exploration will not only provide a theoretical understanding of the principles but will also offer concrete strategies and real-world examples that illustrate how these teachings can be effectively implemented in various leadership scenarios.

Leaders will engage in discussions and activities designed to challenge their current perspectives and enhance their skills in applying these teachings to inspire and guide their teams. By examining case studies and participating in interactive exercises, participants will gain insights into the nuances of leadership dynamics and the impact of these teachings on fostering a positive organizational culture.

Ultimately, the goal is to equip leaders with the necessary tools to navigate complex challenges and drive their teams towards success while embodying the core values of effective leadership.

This course is for anyone transitioning to a leadership role or for those currently in leadership to help bolster their skills with the additional benefit of Indigenous teachings.
