Volunteering has many benefits, including helping self esteem, feeling part of the community, developing skills and knowledge, and feeling useful. 

We are committed to doing everything we can to support our volunteers, and we hope that they all feel very much valued - we couldn't do what we do without people giving up their time to support us.

Each year, we celebrate long standing volunteers at our Manitoba Excellence in Customer Contact Achievements Awards Gala - 5 year recognition and 10 year recognition.

MCCA has been supported by over 300+ volunteers over the past 10 years. The number of hours donated to MCCA is overwhelming - 25,000 hours and growing!
