Building Better Supervisors - virtual Leadership Conference

The Building Better Supervisors leadership conference is designed for individuals who have recently assumed supervisory roles or are anticipated to become supervisors. It also provides an excellent refresher for experienced supervisors. Attendees will gain insights into the qualities of an effective coach and learn processes for guiding employees to achieve optimal performance. Additionally, they will learn how to set performance benchmarks and provide the necessary support to ensure employees understand expectations.

Wednesday - May 21, 1 pm to 4 pm - Effective Communication

Friday - May 23, 9 am to 12 noon - Facilitating Teamwork


Individuals completing the entire program will receive a certificate of recognition as well as 18 credit hours towards the MCCA Applied Management Certificate Program.
