2025 Industry Round Table

Join us on December 9, 2025 for the MCCA Industry Round Table event being held at 100 Innovation Drive.

Each year, MCCA members and stakeholders come together to discuss the topics and trends that influence the MB customer contact industry.

Board members lead group discussions with the attendees, and designated note takers record the key points for future reference. The outcomes of these discussions assist in developing new programming and events for the upcoming season, ensuring that current goals and objectives align with the industry's needs and requirements.

Explore AI, the BYOAI (bring your own AI) culture, and learn how other Centres and colleagues are handling the situation, establishing expectations, and creating internal policies.

Boosting employee engagement and morale - discovering innovative methods to involve your employees during challenging periods.
