Loblaw is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be charge of handling inbound calls from our stores, providing excellent customer service, and resolving their queries in a timely and efficient manner. As the first point of contact to our stores for maintenance related activities, the ideal candidate will be a quick learner and able adapt to our fast-paced environment.
Receive and dispatch inbound maintenance service requests
Accurately log and update service tickets in our maintenance systems
Remote store dial ins and triage of refrigeration, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) alarms and service requests
Process contractor invoices
Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve customer issues
High school graduate or equivalent
Bilingual French and English (both written and spoken)
1-2 years of experience in customer service.
Excellent communication and social skills
Ability to handle a large volume of calls
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital literacy
Availability to work flexible shifts and schedules, including evening, overnight, weekends and holidays
