Loblaw is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be charge of handling inbound calls from our stores, providing excellent customer service, and resolving their queries in a timely and efficient manner. As the first point of contact to our stores for maintenance related activities, the ideal candidate will be a quick learner and able adapt to our fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Receive and dispatch inbound maintenance service requests

  • Accurately log and update service tickets in our maintenance systems

  • Remote store dial ins and triage of refrigeration, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) alarms and service requests

  • Process contractor invoices

  • Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve customer issues


Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent

  • Bilingual French and English (both written and spoken)

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service.

  • Excellent communication and social skills

  • Ability to handle a large volume of calls

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital literacy

  • Availability to work flexible shifts and schedules, including evening, overnight, weekends and holidays
